Quick and efficient service.

On Tuesday 22/03 I went to Postnet The Grove to have my vehicle licence and police clearance done.The store was very busy, and when I asked about the police clearance I was told that White River will be my best option to go. When I asked why White River I was told that White River Postnet did not yet send them the email to log into the police clearance system. That was after 13:00 pm already.I did my vehicle licence and left.On Friday 25/03 I went back to pick up my vehicle licence. The store was very busy again. When it was my turnnto be served, I again asked about the police clearance. The elderly lady then told me that White River is the best. She then saw that I was unhappy and she told me that if I am willing to wait then she will help me. I asked why should I wait because it was my turn to be served. She first wanted to help the 5 to 6 customers behind me, and then she will do the clearance for me. Why, are they more important than I? I then left the store.It is clear that the staff in this store is not trained to work under pressure, and they do not have any customers service. Why do you advertise services and then you are not willing to deliver these services?You will not see me again in your store, until you have sorted out your incompetent staff and your customer service.Neels Opperman
