I do not recommend. Their aim isn’t a great customer experience, it’s swindling as much, out of each customer. They charged an intake fee (R300) to take our garage motor that was still under warranty back to the manufacturer. This is October. Fast forward today (23 Nov 2022). We go pick up the motor, they say it hasn’t arrived. The quote to fix it however, is R900. We drive to the supplier to pick it up, and it turns out the motor is still under warranty. Not only that, but that Hig delayed in delivering the motor, and that the motor could be fixed for free, FREE. Because it was still under warranty.Disappointing.

Dawn,a lady that works at this shop service was just wonderful,as an installer I had some hiccups on the new machines but she found our fore from the suppliers and reverted back to me I can recommend anyone to them

After they got ur money the dont help a costomer after service sucks won't find me in ur store again !was told u dont open the boxes unless a costomer pays think the 3rd one a had to collect from a different branch had been opened ! Thank you and ur great staff did not even sort out the problem
