This store has been completely renovated and is now more robust and and has a lot of items on offer. Staff has always been kind and helping. Good service. Great store.

2Days ago I bought a car radio with this shop. I must admit that I didn't use a VAT registered co. For installation as it didn't make any financial sense to me,I mean it's R750 to install a radio that is less than R500.never the less of who installed the radio,I realised that the aux of the radio is disfunctional,returning it to the shop the issue is who installed the radio.will it change the fact that the radio is not functional if installed by a VAT co. ? Well my point and disappointment is that other rules should be overlooked considering other facts and reality.having being their customer for 8years 8 laptops bought,phones and other equipments from them. This was my last time ever me and my family will never spend a cent for this shop!All the retail jargon being used I'm familiar with and I know for a fact that to exchange from the supplier it's the unnecessary info. Needed. Because had the shop realised that the radio is faulty I wouldn't have gone through all this. Do ya one customer with more than 10 referrals lost.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Items are clean and properly displayed with enough room to maneuver through the store. The reason for my low rating is because I travelled 2 hours in Friday peak hour traffic to get to the store only to find that the phone I called twice about was a P30 lite and not a P30. In future, please ensure that both the website and store have the correct information.

This shop is where terrible service goes to holiday, I would not recommend, just had the most terrible experience whilst there to pay and collect my goods, staff is the worst manager just as clueless, if you want a decent experience not even amazing avoid this store.

I have changed my review after been told by a person working at the store that they were 'too busy to help me'. Very poor service.

DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE STORES THEIR WARRANTY AND GOODS ARE FAULTY FROM DAY YOU PURCHASE YOU SEND IT BACK UNDER WARRANTY BUT ITS RETURNED WITH NO REPAIRS DONE. STILL FAULTY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

I have never found anyone in the shop rude nor unhelpful but I bought a phone from them paid 2000 for it and 2 weeks later it was just dead not working anymore and now I am trying to call them. No luck where do I find a nom to call them

Micheal and the owner are the worst people to do business with. I have been a custodian for almost the last five years. At one time I pawned Sony DVD and when I went to collect it, boom remote been swapped (Micheal replaced it after weeks of waiting. Another time, I bought a pc at Cash Crusaders, I upgraded it because it poor performance as opposed to when it was tested in the shop and even after a month. It kept switching off but they refused to replace. it even had a new DVD writer i bought for it. Mistake I pawned it and then boom - my writer is swopped. The same PC I pawned earlier this had 4GB RAM. I didnt let them switch it on. Good Lord, I get home - only 1GB RAM. I call Micheal almost immediately within the first 2 minutes of seeing this and they have the nerve to tell me that it is NOT their problem. So I will never do business with them again.
