Overall great place only complaint is there was not enough shade outside from the sun and inside was full of smoke due to loadshedding I presume the extractor fans didn't work.

Customer service is very poor. We arrived around 17:00 and placed our orders. After 1 hour the waiter comes back and tell us they don't have Pizzas that we have orderd for the kids. It took about 3 hours to get our food, to make things worse the food was very bad and the fries were burnt. Me and my girlfriend we started feeling sick the same night we ate the their food. I'm not coming back ever again. This happened on the 26th of December 2022.

This was an absolutely abysmal experience!The ice cream tasted pretty bad, the chocolate sauce was old and congealed and the nuts tasted so old and disgusting I could not get the taste out my mouth...it lingered.The service was terrible and the cleanliness was not up to scratch! I think I paid nearly R200 for a coffee and two ice creams, I believe it was the extra concealed chocolate sauce that brought the price up...Thoroughly disappointing!

We had to wait more than 15 minutes to have our order taken. Which was a bummer as I noticed other customers didn’t wait as long as we did. Favouritism amongst customers was observant. Our chips were mushy and not enjoyable. Waiters not paying attention to customers. Would not recommend

Absolutely horrible service. I should have read the reviews before entering. I was not received at the entrance, had to sit myself down cause I’d been waiting by the door for 5min. After sitting had to flag down a waiter to for a menu. He never came back to take my order. Flagged another waiter for my drinks, that came farely quickly , he never came back for my food order. Had to flag another waitress for food order , that took 40min to arrive. I literally wrote this review as I was waiting for the food.

Had great service from Pinky ,the waittress, even during loadshedding, the cheesy steak with garlic prawns is amazing and cooked to what i ordered. Keep up the good work. (Not very good at pics of food but it was great)

What a waste of time. Ordered a bottle of Durbanville hills , received two glasses of house wine. Tried to rectify the problem--- brought a bottle of Two Oceans instead of th Durbanville Hills. Needless to say, no stock of the Durbanville Hills sauvignon blanc. This is on the 3rd of the month on a Wednesday night. I am sure that any bussiness will check the stock since it is still month end ????? Perhaps April was a good month!! Left us with no other decision than to look for another restaurant

We loved the warm welcome,I was just late buy a minute to get breakfast,the 1st waiter who attended to us said it's ok I can order for breakfast,the other person who came to take my order I was ready to order said they shouldn't have given me the breakfast menu as it was 11h00 already. .We wanted to sit outside but the only table outside was not cleaned up yet although it looked empty for a while,She said she was gonna clean up while sitting on that table.I ended up getting lunch. .The Food was great,beyong Great!!!!
