Love going to my paint session once a week...I had no prior experience in drawing/painting and I learn so much from her every week. She is patient and a wonderful teacher! Everyone goes at their own comfortable pace.Atmosphere in class is light and sociable. Its really a place to get out of your own mind and get the creative juices flowing...

I Love Paint it Black art studio.After just two lessons my paintings are already going from 2D to 3D.I have a lot to learn still but it is great and Carien is wonderful and patient.Absolutely loving it.

I am so happy that my daughter gifted me with art lessons with Carien. As an older student, I was a little nervous going to formal lessons but Carien is such amazing teacher who has the world of patience and guides you so gently to explore new possibilities out of your comfort zone! I highly recommend her for all sorts of techniques and abilities xxxx 5 stars !

I highly recommend Carien. She's a lovely, friendly and patient art teacher. Just love my time in her studio, and her teaching methods. Starting art classes can be so intimidating but she's assuring and incredibly positive. Love the background music and the serenity of the studio. Always leave there with a sense of gratitude and wonder and the skills I have mastered.
