A waitress called Sephora is exceptionally rude and the customer service was below par. We received no apology from the manager either and the waitress contributed to be snarky and rude. For the fact the gratuity is automatically included in the bill when it is not deserved, disgusts me… especially for the establishment it’s meant to be

A tasteful hidden lounge. The food menu is limited but good quality. The drinks are amazing and the service is even better. It has a great atmosphere so a reservation is best since the bar seating is limited.

Wonderful drinks venue. Brilliant trained friendly staff. Great selection of wines served by the bottle or glass. Very small menu but mostly delicious, especially pizzettes. DJ playing house music on weekends. Free and safe parking. Prices add up very quickly for a local.

Thursday jazz with in that space is a dream come true. The tables are far apart enough that you can stand a dance a little. My friends and I had drinks so I can't speak to the food. We started with coffee, the cappuccino was good but not a unique experience. Their whisky sour is one of the best I've tasted at a reasonable price point. We also had the martini, made classically but I wasn't much of a fan. The gin was slightly too heavy.

Went to this place for a friend’s birthday celebration. I had a wonderful time. The restaurant was so beautiful and it had a chilled vibe to it. The food and service was pretty decent. The views of the outside though, stunning!I also too a walk outside by the pool area and it was nothing short of refreshing. This place is beautiful and I would definitely go back.

Beautiful looking venue, however the furniture is awkwardly small. Extensive wine and champagne list however the menu is extremely limited, not a place for a dinner, rather a light meal. Steak was very good quality and so were the oysters.

WOW! What a spot. Serves variety of options, from brunch to dinner, sundowners to dates and everything in between. The venue is nestled in a boutique hotel, overlooking the perfectly manicured back terrace garden, scatters with heaters and umbrellas to suit the weather. The venue exudes opulence and fine taste, with soft lighting, well placed fireplace for those winter evenings, and corner seating nodes for larger groups.Service is slick, menu is small but accurate, with something for everyone. Drinks list had me weak at the knees, I was able to have a glass or a carafe of wine as my mood changed with the weather on this particular visit, Sundowner slash Date-night, alas it was completed with us ordering a range of tasty treats, from oysters to fries. Can’t think of a reason that this spot couldn’t rise to an occasion. Well worth a visit!

About a year ago I made a booking well in advance to celebrate the engagement between myself and my fiancé.We made sure to make the booking in person for the weekend and everything seemed to be in order. We discussed the platters I was going to purchase for the guests and the area we would be utilising on the evening. Then it comes to a day before my engagement, mind you im already nervous. They call me and say that they cannot host my event any longer because they had a bigger group who would be utilising the space. This group obviously booked after me but because they were larger in numbers and perhaps more affluent, my booking was disregarded and cancelled being the smaller party. They spun some excuse saying that they overbooked but I know for a fact this is not the case since we booked dim person and not through a third party website. This really left a sour taste, especially since it was going to be a surprise for my fiancé. Thankfully, another restaurant came through a mere 24 hours before the big day and their service was impeccable. The customer service at incognito was incredibly poor and their neglect for my booking really left me angry and stressed.

Hidden away, we arived to the amazing decor. Just a very relaxing atmosphere with very friendly and attentive staff. Great menu and seating overlooking the green lush surroundings. The drinks we had were great, well mixed and presented. The mixologist knows his stuff. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

Definitely a hidden gem. Beautiful decor and surroundings. The food and cocktails were awesome and well prepared. The Service was attentive but not obtrusive. Definitely a must do for sundowners.
