Booked and paid for an hour massage more than a month ago. My friend and I arrived from our respective towns, both quite a distance from the spa, to a lady that had no idea about our appointment. There were not enough hands to have our massage, and the spa was closing at the exact time our appointment was scheduled. The staff were not friendly or apologetic at all. Left without a refund. Will never return.
