Having competed and trained in Sanda all around the world for the past decade, I can assure you that Australian Sanda (operating out of the Kumiai-Ryu dojo in Lithgow, NSW) is the finest place to train in this martial art form in Australia. There is no watered-down mentality to training here; just effective technique, sweat and a true feel of Australian larrikanism. All are welcome!
