In total disappointment, please do not use this company. They outsource to a company called LG Share Transport and Logistics, which is their downfall.I had used Afriworld before and experienced good service, which is why I returned to them.The miscommunication, as well as the lack thereof between Afriworld, LG Share and myself was horrific. Gary from LG Share yelled at me on the phone, cut me off twice, told me I wasn't his customer and threatened to dump my furniture on the pavement! This was all due to his bad logistical planning & lack of communication with me. His conduct was despicable to me as a Customer.Unfortunately, Afriworld followed suit by sending me an email stating that further delivery to the correct address on the correct date is for my expense.I made it clear that I required the delivery to be 1 March, which they never disputed in advance. I wouldn't have used their services if they couldn't adhere to that date. I accommodated the fact that they were unsure of the exact collection date, of which they gave me 2 dates, as well as accommodated an alternative address to assist their logistical problem, only to be given the cold shoulder by both companies.Afriworld & LG Share's Customer service is shocking, with a lack of integrity.

I was skeptical after reading the many bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The admin team are very responsive and the trucking department kept us up to date each step of the way. We received excellent, friendly and professional service at an unbeatable price.

Worst removal company ever. Never ever use this company if you really value your belongings.I recently used Afriworld to transport my furniture, electronics and personal belongings from Durban to Welkom.They despatched a substandard trailer to transport my belongings for a distance spanning almost 600 Kilometers. It took them 24 hours to deliver our consignment.Alas, the rivits were dislodged on their trailer due to the weight of my consignment and the boxes containing electronic devices, clothes, cutlery, books, paint, toiletries and personal documents fell off the trailer.We called the driver when we suspected that something was off, as we were now approaching 24 hours since our belongings were taken from durban. The driver only reported the accident when we called, no one from Afriworld bothered to let us know that our stuff was destroyed.Armed with this information, we called a certain Carolus to inquire about the whereabouts of our consignment. He assured us that our consignment was still on cource and that there was just a minor delay. He withheld details regarding the accident, it was only when we asked him leading questions regarding the incident that he started to reveal somewhat sketchy details about the incident.The two gentlemen who were delivering our items were very cooperative. Afriworld does not maintain or inspect their trailers before dispatching them to their costumers.They went as far collecting bags of sunflower from a farm in Theunissen and overloading their hand made trailer, which I doubt is SABS approved.Afriworld took no responsibility for what transpired and I strongly advise anyone against using their services. Attached are photos of the aforementioned incident.If you really value your belongings, stay away from Afriworld.

Should have moved the 29th. They moved it to the 30th. At 18h00 on the 29th they phoned, truck broken will be done the 1st. The morning of the 1st, I phoned to hear how late the truck will arrive. Between 8 to 10 the morning. Phoned again, truck busy of loading in Jathu, never got told about this. Now a tree fell onto the truck. They will send a truck fromBliem. It will only arrive at 16H00. They will load and only off l8ad tomorrow. What I am saying, dont go for the cheapest, gi for quality.

They were very helpful, and efficient with the loading and off loading.They kept us up to date via whatsapp as to where the truck is and when they will arrive. (Slight delays)We had very bad weather during our move and they took extra care.The workers are very nice people!

We as a family would like to thank you for moving our sisters belongings from Pretoria to Port Alfred. NO BREAKAGE 'S and everything was there. NOTHING was stolen. Thank you for your GOOD SERVICE!

No great service. The coordinator was rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. When I reported him to the supervisor, he did nothing and I felt like he didn't care about my experience. They have a lot of excuses, but very little service. I will never use them again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.The head office and logistics part is so unprofessional.They do not update you on the whereabouts of the truck. First they agreed they will be able to help me on the date I requested for them to come and collect my funiture, they wanted to move the dat as I told them I'm unable to move it. Then the truck came they said 2 to 5 days till delivery yet my funiture only came a week later.Whenever through the wait I asked the where abouts of my funiture they gave me different excuses to when they will deliver.They booked a service for the truck after collecting the funiture.When I called headoffice they kept saying the will call me back and update me and never did.Carlus was the most unprofessional he sp9ke in amanner to me as it was my fault the truck wasn't

Just useless and cost extra money because they promise the world until they received the deposit and so many things changed. Firstly the quote was accepted and then they wanted to change more money. I would not recommend them to even do a rubble removal!!!!! Don't trust this company they are crooks.....

My furniture was moved from Lichtenburg to Bloemfontein and everything was intact.The 2 gentleman (San and Thabo) who were assigned were very patient and took care of my assets. Thank you for the constant updates regarding the the move.
