I found the psychologist counselling my husband and I to be very unprofessional. She kept interrupting my husband and I on our very first visit to say that she was in pain and then to go on about herself. This was our first visit. We had not established rapport or even a relationship yet. I found her very flippant and needless to say, we never went back.

She is truly phenomenal, is able to extract the core of what I'm saying and then guiding me to understand these issues allowing me to break the hold it has had on me. Had the unfortunate experience of trusting this organisation with a very sensitive conflict situation. When we asked for a sense of safety and enquired about the way forward in therapy, we received aggression, sarcasm and hostility. Luckily we were able to withdraw after there were violations of personal and professional boundaries, in respect of which we will be taking action. The situation improved radically between the parties after we removed the psychologist from the process. Please be very careful before approaching this organisation.
