From the first telephone call for booking with Eugene, all the way to actual service, the interaction was a pleasure. Luigi was meticulous while booking in motorcycle and noted each request made. On collection, every request was completed. What app0 pleasure to deal with a Team who still take pride in providing excellent service and making the client feel like a king. Absolutely amazing service by the Primrose Motorcycle team. Reached out to them for a new motorcycle over the weekend, and the service from Dana (after hours) was second to none. From there the service by Elsa was also excellent. Always kept me updated and delivered on time with everything she said she will do. Will really recommend them to anyone. Excellent service, they pulled a rabbit out of a hat for my 16 year old daughter on a Suzuki UL125 Burgman, where other dealers in Gauteng just said they could not get a white one, Elsa arranged for a white scooter within one day, thank you Elsa, you made a 16 year old girl very happy, (first step to freedom and independence) keep up the good work and excellent customer services. Thank you Dana for the short notice delivery.
