Trinity is the worst people to deal with and the dont have any service at all.My Mobile app does not work to disarm my alarm, I open my shop and alarm goes mad. Trinity control room calls me 30min later stating they just recieved an alarm. I told the lady why did it take so long, she tells me she just recived an alarm activation 1min ago. Trinity technical calls me today interrogating me as to why I am complaining, I know if the recived an alarm 08:38 the should callMy alarm went off 08:05 Saterday 7Aug2021 and I was called 35min later as the signal only triggered at 08:38 so now Trinity technical tells me I am nit talking the truth.I have 2 workers to testify that we opened the shop at 08:05 as we struggled from 08:00 to disarm the alarm.Their representative Johan does not even reply to my messages. He told me if you have any issues call me or message me. That was just a sales talk.Very Upset with Trinity

Please,please please check out the alarm of your client Dr Basson In Freeway park. The alarm goes off several times every day and night. It wakes the residents up and is not fair. NONE of the surrounding businesses alarm's go off as much and they are ALL subject to the same challenges. It's as thought the alarm goes off if an ant walks by. Dr Basson and his staff don't care because they don't live there . They SHOULD be more considerate but clearly they are not as they are sleeping peacefully without the sounds of alarms
