We used UpTech to get UPS's for all of our staff so they can work from home. This was necessary due to all of the load shedding in JHB. Their prices and service was excellent. Most of them needed batteries to be replaced every 2 years (which is normal).

Uptech were fantastic. UPS replacement ordered and installed within the same week after my current guys kept me waiting 5 weeks. Specification was designed for my actual needs. Installation was quick and neat. Power usage was tested to see there was no problems and signed off by an engineer. Couldn't ask for better.After installation the problems started emerging. Solution did not work. Eventually returned for refund (Not fully).Quick and friendly are unfortunately not the measure of success.

I had an inverter that wasn’t working. Uptech tested it for me, advised me on the best course of action, replaced the batteries and delivered it back in perfect working order. Their service was exceptional and their pricing very reasonable. I would highly recommend them

2nd inverter bought from Uptech. 1st one was a small one which we needed for a few odds and ends, the 2nd one was the big one with 4 batteries which we use for a different area of the house.As always, excellent service, professional delivery guys and would definitely recommend them for all your loadshedding needs.
