I bough a 2000 eggs incubator from these guys and was assisted by the lady of the name Rotondwa. At first she was very helpful and responded quick to my queries.This lady never gave me a user manual when I collected the machine. I requested for it but instead she sent me an incorrect manual. After some back and forth I googled the machine and downloaded a manual online.The machine never delivered good results, all batches I tried to hatch I made a huge loss. I took this up with the lady and her boss. The boss does not want to take any responsibility, I am 600km away from Joburg and they expect me to be the one carrying transportation costs alone.I decided to create a whatsapp group with them to incubate 1 last batch and send them progress frequently. I split one batch of eggs between their machine and my other machine and monitored the 2. My old machine hatched good results 65% and theirs hatched 30% of the eggs.From there they just ignored me in the group. I am so frustrated, the machine costed me R25k. Currently theres no return on investment, I lost money on eggs I lost due to the machine, I lost customer confidence because there were orders I could not meet.I am getting absolutely no empathy from these guys and I am going to report them to the NCPA.

They have great employers they help as much as they can, but the funny thing is you don't get the cages done for you,you have to put them together yourself so you don't need large transportation.

Will never buy again there they do not test and commission the machine before hand that is not the customer probleme to Commission a mashine like when you buy by any other place the mashine is tested and ready to work and all components is set correctly.That's not the customer probleme
