Yeah they seem pretty bad and pretty bad is a compliment as I honestly think they either scammers or the most useless company in the world. You can't get hold of them, they hardly reply to even enquiries so I don't want to know what would happen once you pay them.. :) I would not use them.

Very poor service from the Brooklyn Pretoria office, I wouldn’t use them again nor recommend them to anyone. They promise to get your documents ready at a certain date and then this is not the case. Calling is a nightmare as they don’t always answer or drop the phone each time you call. I complained about how long my documents took and Iris hanged up on me. Appalling. I don’t know why I paid so much money to these people. Pathetic. Please go elsewhere.
