Worst experience ever! The tent was leaking and caused my equipment to get damaged and they said the would come the next day but never showed up, never read my messages and never took my calls.

Pathetic service from Dees Hiring. Incorrect items were delivered to my venue. Plates etc were all incorrect and they did not bother to even inform us that what I ordered could not be delivered, neither did they bother to collect their items once the function was over. Pathetic company! My suggestion, do not use Dees Hiring unless u want a disappointment.

PLEASE DON'T USE!Save yourself the trouble.We paid and confirmed multiple times and they didn't deliver.They were supposed to start set up at 8am for an 11am event. Could not get through to them. I was told the owner was drunk and sleeping. Eventually a make do crew showed up after 11am when all guests were there and tried to put up half a tent having no tools (using a rock to put things together because they didn't have one single hammer) Eventually at around 2pm (some guests had already left), they refunded me and left. I then got another service provider. Spoiled the entire day really as they were to deliver tables and chairs as well. Our guests had no where to sit. One of the worst experiences in my life.The image was taken around 1pm the day of the event when it started at 11am....

These people can't run a business. We paid them a deposit for an event but due to the increase of covid infections we canceled our event. We requested a refund almost a month ago... Nobody answers their phone. The owner is never available. I had to drive to the place of business and again get told that the owners are not available. They are absolutely useless
