Useless. I called them and was put on hold for 15 minutes while listening to their ridiculous music and then when i was starting to enjoy the music my call was dropped. So ja wasted 15 minutes worth of airtime and didnt even get to speak to the consultant. Im honestly gutted. They must just do their work please, thats all i ask

Poor service. Tried to phone beforehand and no one answered phone for many days in a row. Had to drive in and when I reported this no apology given. Very poor in office rapport and willingness to assist!

The worst possible service I could imagine. No one returns calls, Kevin Pillar if you are reading this this is directed at you.Waited for over a month to reinstate my bhf number. Had to go in person to get that sorted out and would not leave until it was. Waited for 1 hour. Thereafter they stated that they could not back date the reinstatement (3 months back) I have to resupply a letter requesting that (which I had requested previously). It is unbelievable that I have to pay people for such terrible service!!!!

When one has to resort to leaving reviews about a company on Google as the hundreds of phone calls and e-mails remain unanswered, it speaks volumes about the incompetence and utter ignorance of a company responsible for upholding the integrity of an entire national health care system.Towards the end of 2016, 5 of our practice numbers were terminated without a single warning e-mail, phone call or written letter. The termination became known to us when a client's medical aid phoned to check whether we had closed. The reason for termination was non-payment of our yearly licence fee (of less than R100) to which we never received an invoice.After hundreds of phone calls logged, we eventually reached a consultant who revealed that the only contact number for our entire dental group on their records was in fact that of a pharmacy in Richmond? So where are all our records since we have been members since 2010? And if lost, why not take responsibility for it and issue a statement to resubmit practice details? Simply terminating practice numbers causes havoc within the industry and it is the end-user that suffers - our patients - our lifeline - you.I do hope to follow this negative review with something more positive in the future, but until then, I urge any other entities having trouble dealing with the BHF to make their comments public and hopefully get the attention these issues deserve.

website appears very poor; wanted to pay annual fees; unable to get balance via my practice number; tried log in registration; password given by BHF email is not accepted by website. completely useless and wasting time

The BHF is supposed to serve the healthcare professionals. At times their service is painstakingly slow and telephones are on hold for 30minutes or longer. After all the fees they have raised they still do not have an online payment platform. The staff members are trying their best, but management is absent in action or always in a meeting. If the staff wasn't as as helpful, I would havd rated this place a zero.

Struggled to find the place, the staff are VERY helpful. The trading hours are ridiculous though. 11am to 3pm? Rather create an app where we can upload documents.
