Before Herotel took took over Xpress the service was great, but when they discontinued support via Whatsapp, THERE IS NO SERVICE ANYMORE! Logged faults and phone call are not followed up. Breaks in service are becoming more frequent, to the point have have to switch to my LTE connection.

Service used to be great, but after they discontinued support via Whatsapp, THERE IS NO SERVICE ANYMORE! I am VERY close to also cancelling my subscription with them. I don't like to take these measures to write negative reviews about a company, but they forced me to do so. Consider making service a priority again please.

Really improved on service and connection they are offering. Unbelievably low amount of downtime and network maintenance/repairs conveniently scheduled with perfect impressive speeds and latencies. Defently getting a step above competition. Also provides genorous payment plans. Although a bit strict and a bit fast on late payment disconnections, just as quick to reconnect again. Also does has amazing communication.
