The Courier Guy Paarl

I booked a locker at Courier guy paarl, on Saturday morning 01 May 2023. When we went yesterday to drop off our package the courier guy was closed we drove by atleast 3 times. Today was the exact same thing. There is a 36h expiry time on the locker but how on earth are we suppose to drop off a package if your locations are not open during the day?

I was going to send a package and had to cancel my delivery on the same day I was going to send it, the kiosk manager told me that I needed to submit a proof of account letter as well as a letter stating that my delivery was being cancelled and that I'm opting for a refund. He said it'll take 7-14 days after the 14 days I went to them, and he said that he'll follow-up with head office regarding the refund. The next day I sent a email only to discover him telling me over phone, that documents such as my proof of account letter got lost. I resent it and still haven't gotten my money back and it's a month now, i have sent various emails and he still hasn't gotten back to me.

I wish I could give a - 5 Star. They are not professional, they are not responsible, they are not people.I tried it out for the first time and have been waiting for a parcel since the 3rd of December 2021. From their offices or dispatch to the location is less than 10km and to me after that is 15, but no it gets cancelled without reason, without feedback without concent, and I have to pay penalties now, and the best is I already paid for the shipment and delivery costs to them, try and quickly get a refund...nothing, I can start my own courier company and grow 10 times the size of this business by the time I probably get my parcel. SUBPAR SHOCKING and Horrible people, dont use them at all.

The worst kiosk ever!!!I had the worst experience with them yesterday. I spoke to one of their agents over the phone, and realized that he was clueless as far as the Customer service is concerned - unashamedly rude.Not only that, but that kiosk failed to correctly write a waybill based on a simple and clear email that I sent them.What some companies ignore is to be a 'customer- centric organisation.' Meeting the need of a Customer and satisfying it, is key in business.The Courier Guy is a good brand, with a unique and relevant product, but some agents are pathetically failing to create a positive emotional tie that will keep customers flocking to them. Consistency in business is vital.Besides, I met other customers who complained about that very kiosk - it is such a shame.If only agents could be trained in customer service, they could become the brand itself. I have been using the Courier Guy since 2020, but Paarl Kiosk comes across as unprofessional.

They really disapointed me. Went there with collection and delivery instructions and they refused to deliver. I should have collected from them. Unable to give a price and even accept paiment in advance. That was the reason why they could not deliver. Very inflexible. That all because I don't have an account with them. It is not worth to open an account, because most my suppliers and customers send them and I require max 1 courier service a year. I really feel like adding a note to my suppliers and customers to use some more dedicated couriers.

Great service, answered all my questions and helped me properly package the item I needed shipped

I received the communication that the package would be delivered before the end of the day. After 5pm no delivery or additional communication. I had to enquire via various channels to find out what is happening. Only for them to tell me it will be delivered the next day as if I was supposed the expect that date.
