Just went in for a chocolate dip and cup soft serve.firstly they told me they couldn't do cone dips,because the dip is to thick and then i told them in summerstrand they always do it.then they could but not the caramel,cause its to thick....

Great customer service and fresh tasting food consistently served. Venue is on the cramped side next to a busy street, so better to grab a take away here.

Not happy with the service given by the female taking the order (21 November at 18:30), absolutely unpleasant, unfriendly attitude with apparent chronic eye rolling if you take a few seconds to look at the menu. The xl box of chips I ordered was clearly done in stale overused oil, box was filled half-way and not what I'm used to getting from other branches. Chips was soggy with a bad taste in mouth in more ways than one...overall experience.

Original king steer with the snack ribs, was as good as it looked. Nothing better than having the best comfy food of Steers in the comfort of your home. The only thing missing was the double thick chocolate milkshake which is another number 1 on their menu...

Easily accessible from both Cape Road and the Newton Park Spar, this cozy spot is nestled neatly within the shopping centre for any seeking a quick snack. The service is great and the facilities are well kept, making for a very decent fast-food experience. Steers has always and likely will continue to be one of the more upscale fast-food outlets!

Mostly good. Tried the Steers Chicken offering for the first time. The chips were hot and very nice. The Chicken was rather tough and cold - the service was very good but the chicken offering was average.

Horrible experience,our chips was hard and tasted old but the cherry on top was when a small cockroach came running across our table while we were eating.....immediate appetite killer, we did not finish our chips and we call the waiter he came with a cloth to remove the cockroach but was more interested in where I purchased my phone cover. Took long to prepare food, as well no ppe was in place for crew. No gloves , crew working with no hairnets, or food safety gloves. No shield between customers and crew also.
