Took several months of regular calls to check on the status of our microwave repair.The microwave came back more broken than when we dropped it off, missing screws and not even put back together properly, the whole casing is loose and bent.It also came back with additional parts and screws, the wrong cooling fan etc. I could go on but completely unprofessional and incompetent service.

IAt the shop, I want to pay and the guy told me that only accepts cash because they close at 16.30. It was 15.53, on the website says closing at 17.00 and I had no cash. We went on with the discussion as he told me that they already closed the POS machine. I actually managed to convince him get the machine but had to almost beg him.

Most patheric service from the Nelspruit office....our fridge door broke and they could not assist after about 6 follow up whattsapp messages to get an answer from Defy.
