Had a most unpleasant experience of harassment at the hands of personnel of this company for requesting to see Center rules/public notice for clamping my car.A fine was demanded without a receipt given. Further payment for guarding the car in a retail complex was demanded prior to release.Eventually a receipt was scribbled on a unmarked receipt book when the rules for guarding the car payment could not be produced.
