Literally the worst store. Don't go there. Don't. One cashier. Falling asleep behind the till. Staff all over the place but no one assisting behind the till. The store has a 50% sale yet ONE cashier. It's hot. It's busy. Never ever again.

Went to the store at 17.35 on Wednesday. Six staff members standing around and not one asked to assist. Poor customer service, correction NO customer service. The music was on full volume that it was unbearable. Tried on shoes after finding my size myself only to have a staff member mop around me making me slip. FYI, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Absolutely DISGUSTING! To the owner, train your staff or your doors will be closed in the next six months.

Went there yesterday spoke to Katleho and another young man can’t remember his name and they were so helpful . Went to Sandton and Fourways service was no way close to what these 2 gentlemen offered me . Great service guys and well done

Nompumelelo, the store manager was still holding a meeting at 9:10am when the store is supposed to open at 9:00am. Katlego assisted me by forcing the door open even with the meeting. This is unacceptable, you can see the pictures below.

Poor service, They wrote opening time of 09:00am on Saturday but never stick to the time , was watching them from outside time 09:10am and they where still cleaning. If only I was the owner of the shop I was gonna fire them all and get people who want to work and respect time..BAD SERVICE.

So I've read a lot of bad reviews about this store, but I had a really amazing experience at the store, the staff were really helpful in finding sizes and advising correctly on goods, the cashier's were friendly and lines were not long, what ever the owner did to turn the customer experience around, well done to you, I applaud your staff for their customer efficiency and keep up the good service, it's what brings us back.

Honestly one of the worst Addidas stores I have ever been to. Staff are absolutely no where to be found, no prices on items, things are not packed correctly. The place is a hot mess that I would advise avoiding. Far better off going to a Nike store in the area.

They currently have a 40%sale going on some good deals u just need to hunt for them in store. Staff are friendly and able to assist unlike the other outlet stores you can go to
