All I can say is don't even waste your time with this company. Unprofessional, non-transparent, non-responsive and they make payments without authorisation which you then have to beg and plead to be refunded and threaten legal action to even just get a one liner email back. I can go on and on. Don't know how they have not been shut down yet, quite honestly. Without a doubt, this is the absolute worst company of any kind that I have ever ever ever come across in my entire life.

I've been trying to sort out my levy statement for 7 months. I've emailed and called. But still nothing gets resolved. And in the interim, I get hit with added penalties. And no one at the company provides feedback - I always have to follow up with them. These people are truly, absolutely unprofessional and incompetent.

This company should not be doing business as they are completely useless. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating.They have collected rent from my tennant and have not paid it over. It has been over a month and after numerous visits and telephone calls I still have not been paid. I have experienced little to no service.I would recommend avoiding this company if possible.

I have been waiting to get my deposit out of Merville Property for 2 months now. No communication and no reply form management despite phone calls and emails. Please avoid this firm as far as possible, if customer service and integrity is on your list of priorities.

Not impressed at all. Submit an invoice for work done, then wait and wait and wait. Send mails enquiring about payment, no response. Not to mention the staff that actually lied to me too.
