Buks van Zyl Pre-Owned

WARNING. After buying an expensive vehicle from Buks van Zyl Pre-Owned, I discovered that the car was in an accident and resprayed only after the purchase. This was also not disclosed to me when buying the car and would have affected my choice in purchasing this vehicle. The Bonnet, and both front fenders was removed and resprayed and with such poor quality, that you can see through some areas where it was sprayed. Even the Black Wiper metal had white spray on it. Masking tape even remained on the door panels. The General Manager, Ian Badenhorst did agree to look at the problems, but after getting the car back, there are still areas on the bonnet where the paint shines through and there is one of the plastic covers missing. I will never support them again and will investigate my options to get legal help regarding this matter.

I don't usually review a company's service but really felt the need to it this time around.Great car! Good deal gone bad.I was very excited about the car and got good service up to a certain point. We were advised that a buff & polish would be done on the car. We were never told thar a buff & polish would not get rid of the marks. The buff was redone but looked the same. When I called Ian Bardenhorst he went off on us in a iritated and disrespectful tone of voice. Which I did not appreciate. Very dissapointed. Not good client service.
