Excellent customer service! We had a terrific brunch, and everything we ordered was above expectations. Initially one of our orders came out incorrectly prepared, but the waiter and manager promptly took care of the issue. The chef came out, sat at our table and apologied. It wasn't his fault, it was just a busy morning. But he was focused on making our meal perfect. We were extremely happy and will make this Mugg and Bean a regular spot for us.

Got a water glass that smelled of eggs. A yoghurt, fruit & nut bowl with nuts that tasted of old packaging and a portion significantly smaller than I am used to at M&B. Got ignored by the waiter until I ordered from another, at which point he came running. Pretty poor experience compared to previous M&B visits.

Service was slow. No manager present, our waiter was new and did not know anything and we only saw him 3 times, only because we called him. The scones was good tho

For a good breakfast one cannot go wrong with Mugg & Bean.Han the Ransheros omelette. What a delight. Can absolutely recommend it.

My typical Friday morning hideout.Their hot chocolate is honestly out of the world, along with their bottomless fizzy drinks.Their food has always been delicious, the variety is lovely, they also cater quite well to your specific dietary needs.

I had the worst experience there on Tuesday. Our initial waitress was incompetent and eventually another waitress had to take over (though the second was really kind). All the food was dry and felt as if it had just been heated up. This wasn't just the case with one meal, but all 5 that were ordered. No one on my table was able to say they enjoyed their food or experience at all.

Am very impressed with this mug and bean, the fact that the chef Oupa takes his job seriously as a chef it's these rare talented people that need to get noticed. I had the honor to meet the chef, and it's such a big pleasure to see a chef come out of the kitchen to come say hello quickly. Their food is tops fresh and amazing alsoThank you to our waiter Shigi, his fast, and such a good man, respectful, and has a smile on his face, just that smile will bring me back to mug and bean! The owner can be really proud the team you have is what drives a successful business. It shows ne that this owner really cares about service!

Below average. Waiter didnt even know the menu, food was bad, not fresh at all. Service was alright but in general, definitely going backwards. Wont come again.
