General it's caring but suspicious about dodgy services by their employees creates uncertainty about whether open has been serviced properly. They must try to dispel such for it will have ripple effect for all departments e.g sales, parts etc

My vehicle went in for a starter replacement. When I got it back it still didn't start. They say they forgot. But how did they get it from the workshop to wash bay. Third visit this week. Hopefully it leaves with a repaired starter.

I feel very disappointed my car is there they said it needs another engine, i bought an engine in cape town then i gave them on the 21 after they told me that a persons whos responsible for my car is not in yet so i can leave they gonna phone me THEY NEVER PHONED. When I'm phoning the receptionist transfer me to who she says is responsible for my car SHE NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I think i should have gave my car to bush mechanics to change that engine not UMTATA OPEL because now I'm spending every cent i have and i still have to take car back to cape town. Im very disappointed

My mother’s Isuzu has been with them since 13 December 2019, they had always been making excuses that the car was not done because their technician was on holiday, or was not well etc .My moms car was neglected all these months , nobody even bothered to call her or update her and the lady at the reception was so rude every time she called to try and ask about the car.Until we reached a point where we had to take the car today and it’s still unfixed .My mother has been without a car since December 2019.So unprofessional and useless!
