Very bad customer service. We got given a leaking 9kg gas bottle and contacted them to report it. It's been two days now and either you don't get hold of them or they make excuses why they can't fetch the bottle. In the meantime the gas keeps leaking out getting wasted and causes a huge risk. This is not the first time we get a leaky bottle from them. Will definitely not recommend them to anyone...

Not the first time that I ordered gas and never received it. Now a public holiday and have to have cold shower in winter and raining outside. Absolutely shocking. I was promised faithfully the gas would arrive

E gas distributors are one of the best LPG outlets servicing the East London areas. Bradley Smith is the contact person. He is always ready to assist customers with whatever their requirements be related to supply of gas and or gas implements and equipment. E has also supply purified water to the public. You can buy in sealed bottles or have your own bottles refilled time and again. Always a good shopping experience at E gas.

Since the previous owner is back I am very happy with their service. Gentleman in the front super friendly and staff are always willing to help. Keep up the good work. Just wish they would offer delivery services

Saturday the 8th June my wife and daughter were spoken to disrespectfully when going to refill our LPG Bottle. What they said was We have 15 bottles to still fill in the back. We are closed". The one guy behind the counter said "cut it off" to the guys in the back. They were under pressure because they were "busy" and felt it necessary to be rude to the customers. I went in afterwards to ask if they are not doing any further business
