Known Associates Events

Known Associates Events recently coordinated an important stakeholder event for the Small Business Development Corporation at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront. All aspects of the event coordination from venue selection, ideation, communication and delivery were very professionally handled. Thank you particularly to our event coordinator Justine and to Tamara and Mel for the attention to detail and responsiveness they demonstrated through the delivery. We look forward to working with KAE again soon.

It's impossible to put into words what Tamara and the KA team actually 'do' for their clients, because it goes well beyond the typical 'check list' stuff of organising the caterer and other 'stuff'. Tam and her team don't run events, they run experiences that are centred around those attending and ensure the attendees are left with memories, not just mementos and gift bags. While it might seem simple, one of my favourites is when they were creating attendee name tags for one of my events. They could have just printed them off, but instead took the time to look up the meaning behind everyone's name and write that meaning down on the card. The KA team care, and in a world full of fake smiles and cut throat business, that's priceless in my books. I adore KA and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Terence from Known Associates Events showed professionalism throughout the entire journey of organising our 300+ people industry event. He made every effort to meet our requests and was there throughout the night of the actual event. The oversight of the event from Melissa was also much appreciated. Thanks both!

I had an excellent experience working with Tamara, Giorgia, Terence and the team at Known Associates Events while organising a Launch party for client, Fleetspec Hire.The team was communicative and reassuring throughout the planning process and gave clear options to help maximise impact for the allocated budget.We even put in a special request for a bespoke coloured carpet which we thought may not have been possible, but the team recognised the importance to the branding of the event and sourced what we needed which was greatly appreciated.The event itself was well managed by the team with no major hiccups and staff and guests alike feeling well looked after and able to relax and enjoy.It was a pleasure working with the Known Associates Events team and I would recommend them to anyone looking to stage a large event in Perth.

Known Associates are excellent event managers. They are incredibly in tune with a client’s needs, and truly bring big ideas to life. Having attended an event run by Tamara and the Known Associates team previously, I knew exactly who to turn to when it came to hosting my own event to celebrate the first year birthday of my cosmetic clinic, Youth Lab, and launch of our new laser technology. Tamara and her team (especially Meg) were a joy to work with from the outset. From the first point of contact they were attentive to my needs and worked with me to design the vision for our event. Everything was seamless, perfectly executed and entirely stress free. The end product was an evening of elegance in which my guests were treated like VIPs in an amazing venue with amazing food, drink and entertainment. I had the pleasure of attending the Grand opening of the Ibis Hotel in Perth. The event was managed and created by Known Associates and it was fantastic. The live entertainment was great, the food presentation and the food was absolutely divine. The staff from Known Associates made you feel like a super star. I had great time and stayed till the very end.
