The products on their website do not reflect what they actually have in stock, and when you’re trying to get your refund you have to chase them and it takes take months. Inefficient. SCAM. Untrustworthy.

Shocking service, no notification originally that item was out of stock. On following up eventually informed the incorrect item had arrived. A month later and no refund as promised.

Items i ordered were out of stock but Eve has been excellent in keeping in touch and up to date every step of the way. Some things are unfortunately out of thier hands but they never faulter in always doing thier best. Excellent service truly.
