Poor management. Marnia blatantly ignores client calls on NUMEROUS occasions and fails to timeously acknowledge damages to client's property due to the cleaning services performed.A second incident occurred within 8 months of the first. I have been a regular client for almost 1 year and already 2 incidents of damage have occurred.The first incident of damage took over 3 WEEKS to resolve.There is no immediate customer support from this company.Management blames power outages for failing to communicate timeously to clients and offers every other excuse to CONSISTENTLY not answer calls or whatsapp messages.Review updated for ACCURACY.
