Mondeor Dry Cleaners and Laundry

This place is now known as Mondeor Laundry as it was bought by new owners. That said, I wonder if some of the old staff came over from that time - I could not say for certain as I was never a customer of Pat's Laundry.One of the staff is always friendly and helpful but I do not know her name. Unfortunately, one of her colleagues, Blessing, is not. She does not ever seem to like to help take laundry out and is happy watch a custoner struggling so that their clean clothes fall on the floor. She also says it does not matter that she spells customers' names incorrectly even if they spell their names to her. I explained the complete disrespect she is showing to people because their names are important. She does not care.If also wish they would ask if you want hangers or not. Only once was I able to get laundry back without changes.Frankly, after Blessing's latest bout of bad attitude, I will resume my search for a new place to do our ironing.

Cost efficient laundromat. Can get a wash and iron at a very reasonable price.

Not impressed with service store closes at 13:00 on a Saturday and the staff could not even wait 3 Min for me to to pick up my laundry .ssacrificing 3 Min is called customer service
