Decided to give Jasons sushi a go, we phoned the order in to be collected. The young lady that answered the phone needs more training on the telephone. I had ordered inari and once home realized we were given the nigiri. The tuna sashimi was frozen, solid! Not just previously frozen but straight out of the freezer frozen.The other sushi which was ordered was satisfactory, but not amazing

I’m afraid the quality of sushi has rapidly deteriorated in the last few months. They are freezing the sushi. We have gotten sick the last two times we have ordered. So was our neighbour on a separate occasion. Disappointing as it’s dropped from 5 stars to 1 star in just a few months.I can only assume it’s due to load shedding and trying to save money.

Upon placing order we were told “40mins” , came back after 40 mins we were told another “20 mins” , after 20 mins our order still wasn’t ready. Eventually after 1 hour and 40 mins we received our order. Dumplings and chow Mein was cold and our sushi order was short our salmon roses that we ordered and paid for. I wasn’t going to drive back all the way for that especially after waiting so long. The Sushi was bland and the presentation wasn’t the best either. They have no order , customers who placed orders way after us received their orders way before us , their “slip order” system was a mess (all over the place ) definitely need a better system. It’s a no from me, will not order from them again.

Absolutely mouth watering! Extremely fresh and large pieces. Time and effort has definitely been put into the orders as presentation is phenomenal. My new number 1 stop!

Tried the Durbanville branch as the Plattekloof branch served up amazing sushi. Durbanville quality not as fresh, but better than other offerings. Consistency is key

Had sticky beef and spring rolls which was decent except spring rolls had no filling.Yesterday we ordered crispy beef crispy chicken, chicken spring rolls and fried sushi. Fried sushi tasted off. Chicken wasn't crispy at all note was crispy beef. Crispy beef had a burnt old taste and oil taste. Chicken spring rolls had no chicken and was soggy. So very very dissapointing 2nd experience def wont try it a 3rd time. For my wife to spit food out means it dfinately wasn't good. Needless sto say it all went in bin. What a waste of mo ey sorry guys

We have had chinese food from them multiple times, still need to try there sushi. The sesame chicken is alway a hit and the gangbao the food taste freshly made and very tasty. The best takeaway chines we've had in the area
