GapOnly is revolutionising the level of care our patients are able to receive! Our clients love that they are able to process a claim on the spot and only pay the difference - what a leap for the Veterinary Industry! The staff at GapOnly are fantastic at processing on the spot Gap claims and calling us at the clinic if they have any queries. The opening hours suit our WA clinics perfectly and the aftercare from the Gap Only team is incredible. What an exciting time to be a pet owner and for those of us working in Veterinary Clinics every day!

Recently our Kelpie sliced his foot on glass bushwalking. Rushing to the vet we didn't even think of the cost involved - just caring about him getting help. Thankfully we didn't actually need to worry about the costs as our Vet and Insurance both worked with GapOnly - meaning we had just the gap to pay on the final bill. The actual process was great - the Vet took our policy info and did the rest. Thankfully he's all better and we were well looked after financially through our insurance and even better with GapOnly.

What an amazing privilege it is to work each day on creating services that can make a different to pets, their Pet Parents and the Vet community. Our GapOnly service means Vets can offer Pet Parents the ability to pay only what is owing, taking away the need to pay all the costs upfront and claim later. This means pets get the treatment they deserve, Vets get to do their calling and treat the animals and Pet Parents can leave the clinic with no life admin to complete – it has all been taken care of!

I noticed recently my regular vet had GapOnly posters up. Why on earth is this service not available at every vet. Makes life so much easier when it comes time to claim and instant service. In the future will be sure to look for vets offering this service.

My dog had a terrible injury at the start of this year - she had a fall that fractured her spine in multiple places and smashed the bones in one of her front legs. She was paralysed and in intensive care for almost a month and received multiple surgeries to her back and leg. She is now fully recovered and I have my little mate back. She would not be with here today if I hadn't had GapOnly insurance in place. The vet bills were over $80,000 and I would have been faced with a very difficult decision without it. The process was always very easy and seamless. I will always recommend GapOnly.
