Don't waist your hard earned money on this! The worst is the owner was rude, I complained about the quality and she didn't even want to listen to why I say this, she just kept saying no we have the best quality imported from overseas. Just coz it's imported doesn't mean it's good. I would think if what I am saying, which she never bothered to find out, is that there is something wrong with the product I got you as a business owner would want to fix that. or do you want other customers to get the same as me? or do you not want to make me happy with your products like it was a small mistake and she offer to replace it. She didn't offer to replace it or refund. nothing. I work very hard for my money and then spend it on your low quality and then you rude. not acceptable. The eyepads had black stuff on it - what is that? fungus? ink? who knows. The ellipse lashes were not as advertised. Each lash is suppose to be split at the end well these were spilt so bad that it wasn't a split, it was a chop, like the lash that was size 9mm long was a 7mm long with no split at the end. AND on top of that the thickness of the lashes were different within the same strip, it's not like I bought it wanting different thicknesses, I have never had that before. Have you ever heard of this? no because it's bad quality. it's like the person making the split is blind just cutting whichever way. The owner says this is the say Ellipse is. I have never gotten it like this from other brands. What does that tell you. AND no where on your website does it tell say this. All it says is that the ends are spilt, it doesn't say it also has different lengths and thicknesses within each lash strip so good luck with making any type of style because you don't know what you are going to pick up with the tweezers. You are the only one supplying it, you are the only one supplying poor quality. Ladies take a look for yourselves in these pictures you will see what I am talking about and then decide for yourselves where you want to spend your hard earned money!
