Accommodation was acceptable, however the woman who runs the establishment was not consistent!I was told my little dog who was on a leach, was not allowed in the dinning room, but the next morning another couple's dog was running in & out & that was okay??!!Breakfast was also something to be desired! & the same EVERY day!! Not once did she ask if we did or didn't eat anything in particular.She never once bothered to ask if we were okay or needed anything, nor did she bother to greet us when we left! She also never bothered to check our account to see that it had been paid in full a month before we arrived & then had the ordasity to tell us we still owed an outstanding amount!!!Her inter-personal skills are absolutely shocking!!!Personally she is detrimvental to that establishment! And I would not recommend it to anyone while she is there!If the owner, Arbrie wants more people to stay at his lovely little lodge, he should get someone with decent manners & more hospitality.Despite all that debarcle, it is actually a lovely lodge.

I have not stayed at Angels Mist!!! We stayed at Blue Swallow Guest house in Kaapsehoop....which I highly recommend!! The stars allocated is for Blue Swallow!!

A welcome retreat when you finally arrive out of the mist. It's clean and basic with plenty of firewood. Needs a new braai grid and the hike signage could definitely improve.

Well priced. Room 1 & 2 bathrooms needs a serious renovation. Not the cleanest but good for 1 or 2 nights . Very friendly owner Abrie made us feel very welcome. Beautiful scenery.
