Usually their service is ok - ladies in the office don't seem to have got off their chair since 1997 maybe but besides that, service is ok.However, yesterday we wanted certain items and were told they had old stock from an order not taken but when we went to book it, the price was much higher and we were told it was because the price went up on Thursday! New prices for old stock? Really?
