I purchased a full service kit for my Vivo, there are no problems with the products. The customer service on the other hand is lacking, instead of saying next customer the guy whistled at me, also not the helpful and just seemed like he wanted to get rid of me. The owner of the store needs to up the moral the three white guys seem miserable. Time of visit: 06/03/2023 @ about 12:15.

Very very poor from these guys, I lost money today because the guys can't listen and is very arrogant, I wanted a mechatronics oil and transmission oil he gave me any random oil from his head no vin no nothing indicating lack of knowledge . I questioned and then he was so arrogant and couldn't even listen to what i was saying.Very very poor with a lot of i know everything mentality". Teach your people!!!"

I was not happy with the service I recieved here. They sold me the part I needed however on the other part that they did not have they did not offer to look for it at their other stores. It was a very bad first-time experience for me.

Service is Okay, they rarely have any stock in shop. I would avoid the sales Guy with Black Studs (Earrings), he is very rude. The rest of the staff is helpful. When you order something just keep following-up to avoid any disappointments.

There is two white guys and they are rude to Black people ,they are racist.please do something about this,they hardly help black people with pleasure its disgrace.i will record them next time....
