I called the salesman Lorenzo on Thursday the 24th of January 2019 with regarding a car they advertised. He said there had been no interest to the car yet. I informed him that I live in Cape town and need to drive out all the way to paarl the next morning which I did and I was there at 8am. I presented all my documents but conveniently the F&I was not available. I informed him I was already approved for finance from Wesbank & MFC.I asked to fill in an OTP but he said its not needed until the F&I returns (which was a lie because then it holds no reserve) - I gave him the benefit of the doubt however I got conned.The salesman knew that there was someone else interested in the car otherwise he would have had me complete an OTP. The other factor that I picked up is he made very little eye contact with me which seemed strange.I called him again on Saturday to share my motivation and excitement around the vehicle as the purchase was for my wife.I called him on the Monday 28th of January for him to inform me oh sorry the vehicle was sold to someone else on Saturday 26th of January".This is utterly poor and the sad thing is these sort of salesmen do not consider who they deal with

Rude Staff! Dodgy deals and fake 5 star reviews! There are many more car dealers in Paarl! Make sure you miss this one!

Service isn't quite what it used to be years ago, won't visit again

I wasn't very impressed by the bakkie that I wanted to but there....I saw the advertisement and was interested in buying the bakkie..but when I got to the place the photo didn't match the description of the bakkie...there was still a lot of work to be done on the bakkie....They told me that If I'm interested that they would fix everything...but there were other nice vehicles but not what I went there for...

To any person thinking of buying a vehicle from wheel spot prepared to be disappointed. Had a vehicle 4 months engine blow-up. Refund forget it assistance not in this life. Public you must be out of your mind just thinking of buying a vehicle at wheel spot
