I recently contacted 3@1 via email from Australia, requesting if a photo canvas could be made up for me as a gift to someone very special. They asked me to email the photos through, sending me an example of the end result which was absolutely perfect. Once making the payment, they kept me updated of the status of the payment and then informing me that they were going to proceed with the canvas and finally informing me of when it was completed. The then proceeded to contact the recipient of the gift for me and turned it into a very special surprise and moment for him and me.They were nothing short of courteous, professional, understanding, affordable and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to you all for making this experience very special.

Sent a parcel by courier to Phinda. We had some trouble with the courier company. 3@1 intervened and the parcel was delivered. Andre from 3@1 kept us informed every step of the way, apologised (even though it was the courier at fault, not 3@1), and even offered a refund! Five star service.
