Never purchase defy fridge/freezers ! Both had internal faults (we were told only scratched on outaide). And after sales ia horrible we tried contacting them for a callout to repair was a nightmare. Even took extended warranty and purchased 3other items 2 of which were Faulty . Never ever again

Really didnt know they existed until I was looking for a fridge . Told by a friend .High scratch and dent" stock volume but factory new stock too. Very good appliance range and prices are extremely good. Friendly staff

I came for quote and was given a price. When I came again to do the actual purchase the price went up by R200. That's Durban for you.Ridiculous & unacceptable
