Missed 2 scheduled deliveries without any response and nw waiting for third attempt to deliver. Having a bad experience so far..

I had a long waiting period, just for a bank card which they failed to deliver previous week.

They don’t answer calls.

Dont put delivery date at 17.00 if its not like that. Bad service.

Totally not impressed. The service I received was disgusting today, courier guy has an awful attitude. I work in a retail setting. The courier guy calls me saying he's here to deliver whilst he's already inside the shop shopping with my parcel. Now I have to stop my work and go look for him. He was rude, starts asking for my ID and when I tell him the lady I spoke with altogether with the SMSes I've got from the company never mentioned anything about ID and he claims I'm lying . Which I still have records to back all of that up. He's even asking me all this questions interrogating me do I really work here? Where's my ID and he wants to take a picture of it while there's people queing around listening to the exchange, like how professional is that? Goes to show the company doesn't care about how the product gets to the end point. Does this company even have values or anything, sies!!?! Will never accept a parcel from guys again!!?!!

All I can say is we r getting very bad service after starting off so well.Office tells you one thing and the courier guy another.Not pleased at all with our latest delivery.

Spacious facilities with so many hazards due to lack of care..Rules in place with safely demarcated line but no PPE being provided to one's entering the site(safety shoes and all other necessities) .Overall it's a good firm that only needs good management

Medication was received by DSV on Friday the 5th. Today is the 8th of February 2023 and I'm still waiting for the medication to be delivered. You take your service delivery serious as I'm suffering without my medication.

Awaiting delivery. Second atempt yesterday. Now because of biometrics identification connected with home affairs. When home affairs closes biometrics not working. So when they deliver at 5 o clock as yesterday. I will never get my parcel because its always after home affairs closes.Was told the guy will never reach me before 5 with a delivery so ill never recive my parcel .
