I have been a loyal customer to this place for so long and have had good reviews until today when i experienced such disgusting service from while being served by the guy that works there. i requested extra salt and vinegar like i did 100 other times i have bought there and was given, but today when the guy served me i asked if i could have extra salt and vinegar and he said no" in the most disrespectful manner

Bought the 3 fish combo, calamari burger, fish burger, 2 curry fish and an extra large chips. They want to see your slip to check the order what didn't happen. I never received the extra large chips.

The service is very slow I had to wait for more than an hour to get my order, they must hire more people because people love their fish because it is delicious.

I drove all over town trying to get fittings for my Eco tanks. I call their plumbing department and spoke to Michael who told me they can make a plan. We'll it is great to see a young man who has not been there for long know what he is talking about. I was out of there in 5min with all the correct fittings I need. Keep this guy he can only grow as an employee

Waiting time too long for a fast food outlet. Need to understand the trends of demand times and plan accordingly. The long waiting time may cause customers to avoid this outlet despite that they sell nice seafood.
