We have used them over many years and so sad to be getting the run around. Paid for a whole lot of umbrellas, never got them. Phoned understood that COVID happened, gave them a year to get to us and every time all i now hear is they were delivered and signed for - so sorry will get to the bottom of it....when I ask fr the proof Im told no it was an error they will get to me....still waiting .....

The service is an absolute nightmare. I ordered and paid for products 1 month ago. After numerous emails and calls there is still no response regarding my order.After my first call I was promised feedback but have received none. I also get no response when I try contacting the number provided to arrange delivery of my products.
