I would like to thank the manager on duty for helping me out of my predicament at about 6:15 on the 7th of September. (I was the lady rushing to get to Michaelhouse). Such service and understanding goes beyond what one expects nowadays.

Extremely bad service from all staff at this garage. It was with an attitude as though they’re doing me a favour, or as though I am not a paying customer. Mumbling instead of speaking directly to me and getting annoyed when I didn’t hear or understand what they had said.Lacking any motivation to do the job as well.The lady inside where I had to pay was even worse. She took my money and threw the slip at me without a “thank you” or even a smile.Besides all that, I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable with all the staff staring at me while I waited.I won’t be returning to this service station or car wash.

The car wash area is a joke. The wash guys are lazy and not motivated at all. I have to tell them what to do and how to do it when washing my car else they do a slap dash job. Won't be washing my cars there anymore. Id rather pay a premium price and get better service. The wash guys think that they are doing me a favour when I have paid for my wash. Absolutely horrific service from the car wash.

I love stopping here, I actually go out of my way to come to this petrol station!BRILLIANT staff and service!Staff are always helpful, smiling and willing to go the extra mile! Also, side note : Covid regulations are on point! Great job guys!!

Very poor service for renting their bakkie’s! Had to wait for 20 minutes while the staff tried to understand how the system worked. Then on returning the bakkie I had to wait another 30 minutes for the attendants and manager to fuel up the bakkie with R84 worth of diesel, not to mention that they were shaking the bakkie to fill it to the top 3 times. Then to top it all off, I had to pay cash so they told me to walk to an ATM while they have card machines in the shop. I would definitely not recommend these guys to anyone!

Just got refused service, please check your footage. Unnaceptable. Never have i been treated or ignored like this in my life. A shop thats staff has all there money lying over the counter as apposed to serving a paying customer then refusing me service. Owner i want your details. I will take my business elsewhere and will advise all to rather fill up and shop elsewhere. Disgusting

This service station is clean and efficient. They also have some really good deals on chocolates, sweets and drinks often. They even have small R1 crisps which make great late night snacks.
