I always have an ok time at this chicken licken but the last time I went I waited so long for my food. I checked if it's out twice and on the third time, it was out, this was an hour later and the food was cold. I don't know if it was out all along and the lady made a mistake checking or what but I was so hungry I couldn't ask them to reheat it for me, I had to eat my food cold.

One of the most clean chicken licken. There are no beggars who just come in you can sit and enjoy your meal as they sanitize every now and then. Not that I don't serve beggars when I come across them. Staff is also nice

Can't eat the food there. Whatever spice they use, upsets my stomach badly so I avoid Chicken Licken.

I was there around 12:56 that's when placed my order I told the cashier family full house 8 piece original (not the hot one) however they gave me the hot one even on the slip it stated original i gave them a call instead of apologising the lady who I spoke to she told maybe it's due to electricity which is irrelevant please give us what we want .....

I'm so disappointed. This is not the first time being a unhappy customer. Now I bought 12 wings as take away and when I got home I was just so disappointed. They don't even look like what I always expect from Chicken Licken. They dry, tough to eat and they seem dark than usual, I don't know maybe they did not replace the oil they use but this is not what a customer expects from there. I mean these wings supposed to feed my cravings but I just lost my appetite.

Although you sanitize when you enter, no social distancing was observed. The place was packed. The food was good, as always. Covid 19 isn't over, please enforce social distancing.
