Lauren is a phenomenal massage therapist. I had tight shoulders and a irritated calf due to overtraining which felt much better post treatment. The hour session in the afternoon had relieved me of all tension which allowed me to sleep like a dream. I am from out of town and been going for sports massages almost weekly the last 3 months due to training for a long distance triathlon and Lauren is definitely by far one of the best massage therapists I have ever experienced. Unfortunately i dont live in Cape Town as she would definitely be my first choice if I did.

Lauren gives the most wonderfully relaxing holistic massage. She is incredibly professional and made sure at all times that I was comfortable. I went in with stress, and tight, sore muscles - but left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated, with all the little knots worked out. Highly recommend.

Amazing Massage!!!Been searching for a place that can give firm Messages to really get the tension out but always end up with a gentle therapist or end up feeling like it was more for relaxation than getting tension out.Lauren did a phenomenal job in one hour, I was in another world during the massage and felt relief of the pain I had in my back and shoulders. She focused on areas with problems and wouldnt think she is so strong.I could tell that this kind of knowledge comes from years of experience and also she knows exactly where those knots hide. Highly recommend going for a session as the rates are definitely lower than they should be for the experience. Definitely going back.
