Twenty2Fit EMS Studio

My wife and I have been attending Twenty2Fit classes together twice per week for a little over a year now. Fabienne (owner of Twenty2Fit) is highly professional, dedicated and committed to tailoring sessions based on our unique needs: I have been struggling with a recurring elbow injury while my wife is recovering from a neck operation. Given her professional and educational background in biokinetics, she is particularly good at focusing exercises around vulnerable areas to strengthen adjacent areas without straining recovering or compromised muscles or areas. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love Twenty2Fit! It's difficult to find the time to work out and stay motivated but at Twenty2Fit the workouts are fun and don't take up a big chunk of your day. I am stronger and more motivated to workout thanks to an amazing trainer who knows just what your body needs!
