My first time at Sorbet .The staff were great and I was happy with the way my nails were done.

The ladies at this branch are so professional and made my little one feel so special for her first pedicure

Service is excellent but the prices are insane I've done a set of lashes 850 as soon as I got home it starting falling off and yes I showed the tech and she kept telling me to brush it.Definitely won't be going to a sorbet ever again , cheap products, insane prices

It was my first time at this branch & I will not return. Firstly front desk ladies not very friendly, my nail tech was not the most pleasant, sis not introduce herself either as I heard others doing it with their clients and offering drinks which again was not offered to me. Basic customer service was lacking and it was sad as the other ladies sounded very pleasant. Lastly I was not impressed with my nails. I couldn’t wait to leave !

Very poor. Owner was very rude when I requested a refund as the gelish had come off within 24hrs. She told me to get out of her store and never come back. She is yet to apologise. They don't follow policy and use basin liners and the tips lasted 4 days. Shocking service!

I had a manicure 7 December. I told the technition that she must please not be rough as my skin is very soft. She started well but then lost concentration as she was speaking to another tech. They were laughing and talking and then when she looked most of my fingers were bleeding and now they are infected. I will never go to any of your salons.

I really enjoyed my manicure. It was very quick and peaceful.

Worst experience ever. i went to Sorbet Eldridge onTuesday 25 April with a friend of mine to have acrylic tips done. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, the nail technician hurt most of my fingers and my friends fingers were bleeding. The lady at the front desk was rushing everyone to finish and she came to me and made me pay at 17:05 while i was still getting my nails done and they were still wet, which ended up being crooked and full of bubbles. Acrylic nails are supposed to last 3-4 weeksand mine fell off within 10 days. I contacted sorbet and Lerato the “manager” picked up the phone and was not interested in helping me with my “complaint”. In the end i was told i will not get a refund because i did not have a photo of my nail lifting and because it was not within 7 days.Your prices are ridiculous for the service and treatment that you receive.The staff members at your facility are not professional, rude and have no customer service skills.I have never had such a bad experience with Sorbet until i came to Sorbet Eldridge, and because of that they have lost a lot of customers . Word of mouth is extremely powerful.
