No Covid restrictions in place, staff not wearing masks. Relatives of staff going in and out of the kitchen without wearing masks. No manager on-site, no social distancing, will never come back!!

Thanks for the service provided by granny" on heritage day. The worst I've ever received another cashier had to come to the rescue. Does it occur to an older person to mention which ingredients are unavailable so that I don't have to go through a list of 12 to only find out 3 are available. That's a real time waste"

The service here is so unacceptable. We got to the store and tried to order. We had no response from the two ladies standing in front of us. I repeated the order then the lady who was counting the money opened her mouth and said I don't understand why people come here with their stresses and open their mouth to say "sweet chillie chicken" . I'm a regular at Romans and honestly it's the second worst branch I've been at. The receipt is written Bukiwe Mvalelwa....seemed to be the manager.I've never been so livid!!!!"

Roman's Pizza is located in Keya Rona shopping complex just next to KFC. Romans Pizza is a great shop in Bapong area which has a great taste of its own Pizza. I love Veggies Pizza from this place. It is really very neat and clean Inside. Staff behavior is highly appreciated friendly, kind and helpful too.
